Simon comes to CBS as a proven leader in the industry, with extensive experience in billing and every aspect of long-term care administration. He has worked both with SNF owners and as a service provider to the industry. He combines that experience with first-class leadership to make CBS a service-first business and to help SNF owners attain financial success.

After earning a BS in business and an MS in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Joseph started his healthcare career at Apex Global Solutions and advanced quickly into senior administrative roles at Centers Healthcare and Sapphire Care Group. At CBS he is the visionary of the company, supervising marketing and responsible for business development and client satisfaction. An avid sportsman, Joseph is often found at charity sporting events, and he is an accomplished and sought-after singer.

Steven previously served as Senior Accountant at Apex Global Solutions and as AR manager at Dialyze Direct. He holds a BS in Public Accounting, Business Management and Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College and has worked in healthcare for 10 years. Steven is meticulous in all of his work and offers steady support and encouragement to staff and clients alike.

Eli earned his accounting degree from Touro College and worked in the accounting department at Champion Care for three years before joining CBS as Controller in 2021. He presents monthly financial reports to clients that are lucid and engaging, and works alongside outside accountants on cost reports, audits and taxes.

Joe is an experienced purchaser with a multi-year history in the nursing home and healthcare industry, including administrative roles. Detail oriented and skilled in negotiation, he excels at customer service and leadership, and most enjoys helping his team complete the work that benefits clients in important ways.
